Job Description
Lead DS & DP manufacturing operations, including sterile/aseptic and fill-finish activities.
Own site P&L and drive operational and financial performance.
Ensure GMP compliance and lead FDA, EMA, and client audits.
Lead and develop cross-functional site teams.
Manage client relationships and support business growth in a CDMO/CMO environment.
Qualification
15+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience, including 6+ years in a senior site leadership role. Proven experience in a CDMO/CMO environment managing manufacturing operations for external clients.
Strong expertise in sterile/aseptic manufacturing and fill-finish operations.
Demonstrated success in FDA/EMA inspections, GMP compliance, full-site P&L management, and fluency in both Italian and English (mandatory).
